Welcome to the International Fellowships Program!The Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program (IFP) awards graduate fellowships to candidates who have demonstrated social commitment, leadership and academic achievement. The IFP reaches out to a new generation of potential leaders from groups and communities that have traditionally lacked access to higher education and know at first hand the problems facing their countries and communities. Worldwide, IFP is being implemented in 22 countries and territories in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, as well as Russia. |

Hazel P. Villa
Hazel is the Editor-in-Chief of the FIELS Newsmagazine, Editor of Panay News, and Visayas Correspondent of the Philippine Daily Inquirer – a national daily newspaper. Hazel suffers severe to profound sensory-neural hearing loss since she was 14. Her impairment did not incapacitate her to become an excellent journalist.
