Welcome to the International Fellowships Program!The Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program (IFP) awards graduate fellowships to candidates who have demonstrated social commitment, leadership and academic achievement. The IFP reaches out to a new generation of potential leaders from groups and communities that have traditionally lacked access to higher education and know at first hand the problems facing their countries and communities. Worldwide, IFP is being implemented in 22 countries and territories in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, as well as Russia. |

Rosaly V. Manaois
Rosaly developed preference for science from early on. She won scientific awards in elementary school. Rosaly was a consistent honor student from elementary to college – graduated valedictorian in elementary and high school. In college, she was a recipient of the Department of Science and Technology Scholarship and graduated cum laude in BS Chemistry.
